Subscription-based customers may extend their monitoring period up to 24/7 comprehensive monitoring. Each additional monitoring hour, beyond those included in the respective package, adds €5 to the monthly cost of technical support services. Customers who extend monitoring to a 24/7 basis receive discounts on the €5 charge.
