The cost of Incidental Technical Support, available to virtually every business and individual, is calculated on the basis of three factors: time spent on resolving the issues, complexity of the problems, period of the service (day or night, business day or holiday). For specific figures regarding specific problems, please contact us to receive additional pricing information. The cost of Subscription Technical Support amounts to a fixed monthly fee. Customers receive comprehensive help and assistance within the parameters of the specific subscription plan without additional costs. Emergency Response, guaranteeing the fastest possible response times, includes additional fees for our subscribers. The costs are based on a number of factors, including location of the customer within the city, required response time, likelihood of emergency situations and more.
